The Political Narrative is always a gross distortion Objective Reality. The tailors of Narrative spin them continuously until reality eventually hits them in the mouth.
As we saw this year with Europe’s Political Energy Policy, fanciful Political Narrative continues right up to the point where the lights Objectively go out. It seems the only cure to devoutly religious Political belief is a nearly fatal dose of reality.
America’s Governor, Ron DeSantis, has airdropped such a dose of reality in the form of two plane loads full of illegal immigrants directly on the Vatican City of the Political Established Order, Martha’s Vineyard.
It is no different than if General Caesar in 55 BC had sent a convoy of Gauls to the Pompeii villas of the Roman Senate’s most prominent members to remind them of the tribulations of far off conflicts.
Hilarity has ensued as the Clergy of the devoutly Politically religious scramble to weave further narrative. Political Deacons and Elders of Martha’s Vineyard yearn desperately to classify themselves oppressed by such an affront. Alas, the Objective Reality before their own eyes - 50 odd Venezuelan immigrants with nothing more than the clothes on their backs - precludes such narrative idiocy.
The Political Archbishops in New York and DC newsrooms have done an about-face on the topic of illegal immigration. No longer is the Political Narrative that illegal immigration is “helping to spread diversity to underserved communities, of which Martha’s Vineyard is in dire need.”
No, no, no.
Now illegal immigration has become a Political “Humanitarian Crisis” (big bold red letters on the CNN chyron). We need not point out the Objective Reality that this is just 50 people. The absurdity is already apparent.
Our Political leadership act as if Texas and Arizona absorbing migrants is no problem, but the moment it comes to their own backyard, it becomes a state of emergency. It is the height of hypocrisy from a worldview that actively eschews Objective Reality.
However, the Political Clergy find greater and more impressive ways to deny reality than one could imagine.
White House Press Secretary, Karine Abdul Jean Claude Pierre, had this to say about the Political humanitarian crisis: “They deserve better than being left on the streets of DC. Or being left in Martha’s Vineyard. They deserve a lot better than that.”
Saying “They deserve better” is Political speak for, “Someone else should come up with an Objective solution to this problem because the Political Narrative canned response has not been written yet.”
Here is one such Objective solution. Perhaps former President Obama would be willing to open his home to these families in need with nowhere else to go. Or will he simply Politically open his home?
This whole situation is hilarious but also sad. It is sad for the migrants who just want to escape Communist Venezuela for a better life (only to find themselves in the Capital city of American Communism). It is sad to find out our leaders push policy for which they have no understanding of Reality. It is sad to hear our leaders produce only Political solutions to real problems.
The weavers of Political Narrative need to be hit in the mouth by Objective Reality. They have to suffer the consequences of the policies they are pushing.
They have been able to get away with producing Political solutions for far too long whose consequences other Americans must suffer. They have been able to hide in an Ivory Tower far from the externalities of the policies they dictate.
It is dangerous to put people in charge who pay no price when things go wrong. This is exactly what has been happening.
The days of holding politicians Politically accountable are over. They will now be held Objectively accountable for their actions and policies. America’s Governor made it clear the externalities of their policies will not be hidden in far off corners of the country any longer.
On another topic, Obama wants to you to support Ukraine? He can expect 15 Ukrainians at his Martha’s Vineyard mansion for Thanksgiving.

Spot on! The leftist elite don’t like being impacted by their policies. They all have signs in their yards stating “All are Welcome”. Time to put up or shut up. I hate hypocrites.
"They deserve a lot better" sounds like all the people shoud take some migrants in their homes or give them some of their land.... Who knows, maybe soon the politicians will be more articulated and even will force people to do this.
